6, construction barge deck, concrete, stone and other sediment production waste, usually should be collected in the deck around the enclosed area, when the ship berthing, refuse to dock in the garbage box.

7, all ships in the harbour shall not wash the decks and cabins, washdowns must apply for approval in advance, the local maritime sector.

8, all the ships sailing in the river, the discharge of any ship refuse is prohibited.

9, ship or towing, in addition to 25 nautical miles from the nearest land, can be floating dunnage materials, such as lining material waste into the sea.

10, such as the Department for the protection of the ship and the safety of personnel or the life of the ship, can not be handled in accordance with the above provisions of the ship garbage.

11, if the crew found other ships illegal disposal of garbage, garbage or the vessel leakage pollution of the sea, or found sea pollution is serious, should immediately report to the captain and the responsible person on duty, the captain shall promptly report the relevant information to the local maritime sector.
